learn that particular skill.”
Smiling, Bo leaned over to kiss Sam’s lips.
“Later,” Sam answered, tangling his hands in Bo’s
hair. “I don’t think I can get it up again today.” “But it’s only been three times so far,” Bo teased,
and flicked his tongue over the corner of Sam’s mouth.
“You don’t have one more in you?”
Chuckling, Sam nuzzled Bo’s cheek. “Smart ass.
Shut up and kiss me some more.”
Bo obeyed, straddling Sam’s lap and cupping his
face in both hands. The kiss was deep and unhurried, all
urgency burned away by their earlier lovemaking. By
the time they pulled apart, Sam’s body buzzed with a
languorous desire, easily satisfied by Bo’s soft, lazy
touches as they held each other.
For a while they sat still and silent, Bo astride
Sam’s lap with his head resting on Sam’s shoulder. Sam stroked Bo’s hair and his bare back, relishing the feel of the man in his arms. He would be perfectly happy, he
thought, to stay right there until the end of time. A knock on the door roused Sam from his musings.
“Pizza Palace,” a bored voice called from the other side. Sam patted Bo’s ass. “There’s our Thanksgiving
dinner. Let me up.”
“No, you stay put, I’ll get it.” Climbing off Sam’s
lap, Bo crossed to the door and flung it open before Sam
could protest. “Thank you,” he said, taking the box from
the deliveryman and setting it on the counter. “How
much?”
“Twenty-four fifty.” The young man’s gaze flitted
to Sam, then back to Bo. His mouth fell open. Bo dug a wad of bills out of his front jeans pocket
and handed the young man two of them. “That’s thirty.
Keep the change.”
“Thanks, man. Happy Thanksgiving.” Cheeks
flaming, the boy backed away, turned and fled. Bo frowned as he shut and bolted the apartment
door. “He was acting awfully strange.”
“Yeah. I wonder what—” Sam stopped as Bo
picked up the pizza and carried it to the coffee table in
front of the sofa. “Oh my God,” Sam said, laughing, “I
know what was wrong with him.”
“What?” Bo glanced down at his own bare belly.
“It can’t be because I’m not wearing a shirt.”
“No, it’s not that.” Sam pointed at Bo’s chest, just
above his right nipple. “You have an enormous hickey.” Bo’s eyes went comically wide. “Do you…do you
think he…”
“Probably,” Sam responded, answering Bo’s
unfinished question. “Don’t worry about it, though.
Even if he did figure out I was the one who gave you that love bite, he’ll forget all about it before the night’s
out.”
“I guess you’re right.” Shaking his head, Bo went
into Sam’s tiny kitchen and started rummaging through
the cabinets. “It’s a strange feeling, though. Having
strangers just look at you and know. Do you have any
paper plates?”
“Bottom cabinet next to the fridge.” Sam licked his
lips when Bo bent over to get the paper plates. The man
had hands-down the best ass Sam had ever seen, the
faded jeans hugging every curve and plane perfectly.
“People don’t just look at you and know you’re gay.
That guy figured it out because you’re half naked, you
have a gigantic hickey and we both look as well-fucked
as we are.”
“I know.” Bo brought two paper plates over to the
sofa, snatching a handful of napkins from the counter on the way. Plopping into the seat next to Sam, Bo piled super supreme pizza on the plates and handed one to
Sam. “Damn, that smells good. I’m starved.”
“Me too. Haven’t eaten anything but you all day.” Bo choked on a mouthful of pizza. “Jesus, Sam,”
he wheezed when he stopped coughing. “Anyone ever
tell you you’re a dangerous dinner date?”
Sam laughed. “Sorry.”
“No harm done.” Taking another huge bite, Bo
moaned and leaned back against the sofa cushions,
eyelids fluttering as he chewed and swallowed. “God,
that’s good.”
Sam’s cock twitched lazily, too tired to take more
than a passing interest. Leaning over, Sam stole a quick
kiss, licking a trickle of sauce from Bo’s lip. “You even
eat pizza sexy.”
Bo grinned at him. “You’re good for my ego. I
think I’ll keep you.”
Those words made Sam melt inside. Giving Bo a
wide smile, he rested back against the cushions. “Good,
because I sure as hell plan on keeping you.”
Bo didn’t say anything else, but his beaming smile
said it all.
After a few minutes of flipping channels, Sam
found a local TV station showing reruns of The X-Files.
They settled in to watch
