middle of the night when you thought I was asleep.”
It was a relief to just let himself enjoy the intimacy and not feel the tension caused by their mutual sexual frustration. Gable had snaked his arms underneath the heavy coat Flynn was still wearing and Flynn was caressing Gable‟s naked back underneath the T-shirt Gable had hastily put on before coming downstairs. This was what Flynn needed more than the sex. Still, he was surprised to feel himself grow hard again. He couldn‟t pull away, though. Not after he‟d admitted to Gable that was the bit that hurt the most, so he stayed close, trying to ignore his body‟s demands.
    Of course, Gable noticed.
They broke for air, stopping their kissing but not moving away from each other.
“Let me take care of that?” Gable whispered against Flynn‟s temple as he let his hand wander down between Flynn‟s legs.
“No, it‟s okay. It‟ll go away.” Flynn gently pulled Gable‟s hand away.
“I want to, Flynn. Don‟t take this away from me too.” Flynn looked into Gable‟s eyes and saw no reason to believe Gable didn‟t mean what he said. His conflicting feelings returned, since he wanted to be able to give something back to Gable as well, but then he realized that maybe Gable felt the same. Maybe Gable wanted to selflessly give something to Flynn too?
As soon as Flynn stopped resisting, Gable broke eye contact, pulled Flynn‟s T-shirt up, and started kissing his way down Flynn‟s chest. By the time Gable had licked Flynn‟s nipples until they‟d pebbled and then moved down to his belly button and his hip bones, Flynn was rock hard and having a hard time not leading Gable‟s head toward his leaking cock. He had tried to simply lie back and enjoy the feeling of Gable worshipping him, but he couldn‟t stop looking at what Gable was doing to his body as Gable pulled Flynn‟s boxers down.
Flynn was happy to see Gable smile just before he took his cock in his mouth and couldn‟t stifle a groan when Gable sucked on the fleshy 136

column. Gable‟s clear enjoyment of what he was doing only added to Flynn‟s pleasure, slowly pushing away the feeling he was being selfish for allowing Gable to satisfy him in this way. Gable clearly knew what he was doing and Flynn was certain he wouldn‟t last long. Flynn instinctively spread his legs a bit and Gable responded by cupping his balls, then slowly massaging the sensitive skin behind Flynn‟s sac.
Flynn dug his fingers into the mattress, his knuckles white from the force he was exerting. He knew he was making a lot of noise, but he didn‟t care. This felt so good, he had no intention of holding it all in.
When Gable‟s finger slipped into his entrance, Flynn roared and reared up, unable to resist pushing into Gable‟s mouth and coming violently.
The next thing Flynn remembered was feeling the heaviness of Gable‟s body against his and a blanket being pulled around him. When he moved instinctively into the warm embrace, his mouth was captured by Gable‟s and he could taste his own release in Gable‟s mouth.
“Don‟t think I ever made a lover pass out on me before.” Flynn opened his eyes slightly and looked straight into Gable‟s self-assured smirk.
“I didn‟t pass out,” Flynn defended himself. “It was just… pretty intense.”
Gable pulled Flynn closer and Flynn felt the warmth of Gable‟s love spread inside him. He wanted to stay just like this for all eternity.
    “Thank you,” he murmured.
“For what? Don‟t think for a minute that I didn‟t enjoy that too.” Although Flynn wasn‟t so sure he could believe Gable, he was tired and it was the middle of the night, so he snuggled closer into Gable‟s warm embrace and allowed himself to fall asleep.

    Chapter 18

“YOU should stay in, Flynn,” Gable commented after Flynn sneezed for the fourth time since he sat down in the kitchen to have breakfast.
“No, I‟m okay,” Flynn answered, his nose sounding really stuffed up. “It‟s just a cold. The horses need me.” Gable raised his eyebrow, but didn‟t say any more. He knew he couldn‟t win when Flynn had his mind set on something. If Flynn was really as sick as his red eyes suggested, he‟d be back inside as soon as the most necessary maintenance was done and he‟d reassured himself that the horses in the paddock were doing fine. And why wouldn‟t they? They weren‟t pampered riding horses, but sturdy outdoor working horses.
