Love Means_. Freedom - Andrew Grey
him. "I won't leave you, Stone." He hugged him tighter on a reflex to keep him close, but he wasn't so sure that his young lover wouldn't leave him.
"What's wrong, Preston?" Stone's sleep-filled voice reached Preston's ears, and he rolled over, burying his head against Preston's shoulder.
"Nothing's wrong. I just...." He couldn't tell Stone about his stupid fears. "It's nothing, Stone." He smoothed his hand over Stone's back, and he drifted back to sleep. To his surprise, Preston felt his fears subside. He couldn't control everything, but he'd make the most of what he had with Stone. And he sure as hell was going to redouble his efforts to walk again, because if they decided to build a relationship, he wouldn't go into it a cripple. With that resolved, the long day began to catch up with him, and Preston found his eyes lowering as sleep overtook him.
"I love you." Preston didn't open his eyes. If it was a dream, he wasn't going to wake up, and if it was real, it was a dream come true. Either way, he was happy.
"I love you too," he answered, equally unsure if he'd said the words in his dream or not.
Preston woke to Stone's warmth pressing right against him, chest to chest, and he was being hugged tightly. He tried to move away, and Stone clung tighter, his eyes never opening, a slight smile on his face. Preston relaxed and waited for Stone to wake, watching his young lover sleep as he returned the embrace.
"How long have you been watching me?" Brown eyes opened as Stone stifled a yawn.
"A while." Preston brought their lips together, and Stone pressed him back against the mattress. "Make love to me, Stone." "Roll over." Stone whispered, but Preston shook his head.
"I want to see you this time."
"But your legs?"
Preston lifted them off the bed, wrapping them around Preston's waist. It took some concentration, but he accomplished it. Motivation was a wonderful thing. "Please, Stone." He felt a digit breach him and the rest of the world fell away. It was just the two of them, and when Stone entered him, filling him, he cried out softly, watching those big brown eyes, getting lost in them.
Sighing softly, Stone settled against him, buried inside, and slowly began to move. Their bodies found a mutual rhythm, moving together as much as Preston was able. Kisses became sloppy, but as necessary as air, and their soft sounds built, becoming louder moans of pleasure as climaxes built within them both. Preston felt his body stiffen as he came between them with only the friction of Stone's body against him, and Stone followed shortly after, Preston watching his silent, open-mouthed cry, feeling Stone's body vibrate against and inside him. They lay together, comforting, catching their breath, as the house began to wake. Slowly they began to move.
After dressing, Geoff carried Preston back to his chair, and they went in to breakfast before Stone helped him to the car and drove him back to his parents'. With a kiss, Preston said goodbye and wheeled himself up the ramp and into the house. Closing the door, Preston wheeled himself toward his room. The lingering warmth and happiness lasted until he turned down the hall to see his father standing outside his door, a stern, unhappy look on his face.
"YOU seem really happy." Joey stuck his head in the stall that Stone was finishing up. "And I know why." Joey winked as he stepped in the clean stall. "And so does the rest of the farm.
You and Preston weren't particularly quiet either last night or this morning."
Stone felt his cheeks flush. "Sorry," he replied, although he didn't feel particularly sorry regarding anything about last night. In a word, it had been wonderful, and Stone felt himself blush again as he thought about it and Preston. He had no idea anything could be so magical, but seeing Preston's face when they'd joined, his eyes radiant, mouth open, the gasps, the small moans... then Stone remembered that Joey was still standing nearby and turned away to finish his work, grateful for something to do.
Joey chuckled. "It happens."
"I know. Remember, I've heard you and Robbie a few times." Stone chuckled along with Joey until they heard footsteps in the barn.
"I have the afternoon therapy class in a few minutes. I'll let you finish." Joey left the stall, and Stone finished his cleaning before moving Belle back into her fresh, clean home. Closing the door, he wandered through to the ring.
"Hi, Stoney," Sherry called from where she sat on Mercury, riding around the
