Simon Says Die
Pierce onto his back and covered him with her body, positioning him at her entrance then lowering herself on him in one quick stroke that had him arching off the bed.
Never one to worry about foreplay, Madison rode him with fervor, her hips arching up and down. Pierce grabbed her waist and ground himself against her, pushing deeper, faster.
Suddenly she cried out and tightened around him. He thrust upward two more times and joined her, shouting her name as he climaxed inside her.
She shuddered and fell across his chest, limp, sweaty, her breath coming out in choppy pants.
He grimaced at the tug on his stitches, but he didnât care. Being with Madison had always been this way, explosive, incredible, totally satisfying in a way no other woman had ever satisfied him. She loved to take charge in the bedroom like she tried to do outside the bedroom, and he didnât mind letting her.
The first time.
Heâd give her a few minutes to recover. Then heâd love her the way he wanted to love her, slowly and thoroughly, tasting every delectable curve until she tightened around him and cried out his name.
And then heâd love her again.
W HEN DAWN BEGAN to make its way across the sky, its first rays fell through Pierceâs bedroom window, dusting gold across Madisonâs flawless skin, marred only by the tiny dragon tattoo that he knew was on her left buttock. She lay splayed out across his chest like a blanket, snoring like a lumberjack.
He grinned and gently eased her hair back from her face. There were dark circles under her eyes from the makeup she hadnât taken off, and from lack of sleep. Neither of them had been able to keep their hands off each other last night.
His cell phone chimed, letting him know he had a message. He gently eased Madison to the side onto the mattress. She snorted and rolled over, facing away from him, giving him a delightful view of her curvy little backside, and the tattoo. Unable to resist, he leaned over and gave her a kiss on that little splotch of color.
The cell phone chimed again. He wished he could ignore the world right now, but he knew he couldnât. He leaned over the edge of the bed and grabbed the phone out of the pants heâd discarded on the floor. The message was from Alex. Lieutenant Hamilton wanted Madison to come to the station. Alex didnât know why, but he didnât think it was good news.
Pierce glanced at the time on his phone. They needed to be at the station in an hour. He hated to wake Madison up, but there was no way to avoid the real world any longer.
He set his phone down and rolled over, spooning his hips behind her. He placed a soft kiss against the nape of her neck. âWake up, sweetheart.â
She snored louder.
After three more tries, he gave up the sweet, easy way of waking her up. Lord help her if there was ever a fire, because he didnât think a host of smoke alarms would wake the woman when she was this tired.
He padded into the bathroom, took care of his needs and brushed his teeth. Then he turned on the shower. Once it was warm, he went back into the bedroom and scooped Madison into his arms.
âUm.â She snuffled against his chest, still asleep.
He kissed her soft, pink mouth, and carried her into the shower.
Her eyes flew open when the water hit her. She pressed against him and turned her face away. âNeed to pee and brush my teeth.â
He laughed and stepped back out of the shower with her. He slapped her bottom and went to the door. âHurry. Iâm not going to wait very long.â
She cursed and grabbed the nearest object she could find to use as a weapon. The hairbrush went flying. Pierce ducked, laughing as he hurried out of the room and shut the door behind him.
When Pierce stepped back into the bathroom a few minutes later, Madison was already in the shower, washing her hair. Her eyes were closed, so he quietly stepped in the tub, leaned down, and drew her nipple into his mouth.
Her eyes opened wide, and she cursed again, but this time she pulled him closer.
I N THE PAST, police stations had always felt like home to Madison. Her brother had been in law enforcement for as long as she could remember, and heâd enjoyed giving her tours, introducing her to his friends. Sheâd never expected to feel intimidated in a police station like she did today, not knowing why Hamilton had called them.
The feel of Pierceâs hand on the small of her back as he led her
