    Was die Herstellung betrifft, so gilt unser besonderer Dank Virginia Northington in Austin, Texas, die uns bereitwillig geholfen hat, das Manuskript für die Veröffentlichung vorzubereiten. Im Verlag HarperCollins arbeiteten wir mit Jonathan Burnham und Michael Signorelli zusammen. Sie waren fantastisch. In der Welt von Infinitum Nihil gilt unser besonderer Dank Christi Depp, Stephen Deuters, Joel Mandel und Mike Rudell.     Nach der Entdeckung des Romans arbeiteten wir zunächst mit Pamela Paul und Sam Tanenhaus von der New York Times Book Review zusammen. Sie redigierten unsere unter dem Titel »This Land Was His Land« gemeinsam verfasste Ankündigung des Romanfundes, deren Erscheinen fast genau auf den hundertsten Geburtstag des Troubadours fiel. Für die Zusammenarbeit hätten wir kein besseres Team finden können.
